石塑UV板花線條的加工制作工藝

1、用成型銑磨輪直接加工。這是石塑UV板加工花線使用最多的，也是最經(jīng)濟、加工效率最高的方法。它對花線凹凸起伏不大的形狀加工較快。這需要事先做出與要加工花線凹凸正相反的銑磨工具，在石塑UV板線條機上磨出曲線來，磨輪要準(zhǔn)備粗磨、精磨、拋光三種，依次使用即可。
